FG Eurofred launches new interactive website

FG Eurofred has launched an easy-to-navigate website offering Fujitsu installers a wealth of useful features including comprehensive technical help and information and access to web-based training techniques.
Tony Gittings, FG Eurofred, explains the thinking behind the launch of the new website:

'The UK air conditioning marketplace is rapidly changing and developing with new legislation, new products, innovations and working practises with more dependence on the internet for growing business, says Tony Gittings of FG Eurofred.

'The industry as a whole needs to embrace the internet if it doesn't want to fall behind as more and more business is now being conducted online - and this trend can only increase.

'Any new investment by FG Eurofred had to include this new tool of the coming generation. For this reason we have invested many thousands of pounds in a fully interactive and fully engaged website with 'webinars', blogs and easily downloadable product, sales and technical files and information to help our customer network drive their businesses forward,' he added.

'The personal touch will be central to this - our company is based on product and service excellence - so contractors will have a direct relationship to us. This will also include their nominated Fujitsu distributor.

'A major investment in training and training facilities - and internet-based training programmes - is an integral part of our plans for future growth' he said. 'We will be innovating new training techniques, for the convenience of the contractor, which will use the very latest internet-based programmes.'

Carbon reductions for northern arena

Rinnai hot water systems are projected to produce ‘significant’ carbon reductions at a huge indoor arena in the North of England. The company has produced a designed system based on its R290 high-temperature heat pump. This arena regularly hosts large events such as concerts, conferences, theatre plays, exhibitions, live music and other conventions – so the site must have an energy efficient and carbon-reducing hot water system to achieve NetZero.
