Fernox boosts marketing team

Fernox has boosted its marketing team with the appointment of Darren Holdsworth as its senior digital marketing executive.

Darren Holdsworth, senior digital marketing executive at Fernox.

Mr Holdsworth will be responsible for implementing a progressive digital marketing strategy to include greater online engagement with the Fernox Installer Club, websites and apps, as well as managing the company’s expanding social media presence.

Before joining Fernox, Mr Holdsworth was previously online manager at The Travel Network Group. Whilst at the company, he single handedly developed the company’s intranet and was responsible for the maintenance of all customer-facing platforms.

As an experienced digital marketing professional with both website and app development expertise, Mr Holdsworth will be a strong addition to the multi-disciplined Fernox marketing team.

Within his new role, he will be responsible for increasing traffic to the Fernox website and apps, in addition to managing the company’s email marketing activities and social media channels.

Mr Holdsworth commented: “Fernox is well-known and respected within the plumbing and heating industry, and I’m excited to be able to evolve and enhance its online presence following the redesign of the company’s website earlier this year.

“With a number of exciting digital developments underway, such as a new installer-focused app, I’m looking forward to introducing it to our installers and to supporting their use of innovative digital on-site tools.”
