Fastest fitters win Geberit Challenge 2012

Held in front of a live audience, the final of the Geberit Challenge 2012 took place on 23 November at Alexandra Palace in London.
Fastest fitters win Geberit Challenge 2012
The London event was the last of three regional Geberit Challenge heats, with previous events having taken place in Manchester and Glasgow.

Participants faced a number of tasks designed to put their plumbing skills to the test and also to demonstrate their competence and speed at their chosen trade.

With the clock ticking, contestants worked in teams of two to construct a pipe man using Geberit Mepla, change tyres on an off-road vehicle, overcome tricky installation problems and take part in a question of knowledge round.

The team with the highest overall score from all three rounds was Team Solidworks Monkey (Neil Thompson and Jason Low from Nature Delivered). They were crowned champions of the Geberit Challenge 2012, winning an all-expenses-paid trip to Dubai.
