Exhausto buys Norwegian ventilation firm

The Exhausto group has acquired the Norwegian ventilation company Novema Aggregater a/s.
Novema Aggregater a/s produces integrated cooling and heat pump systems and its annual turnover is £15.4m.

Exhausto's Norwegian sales company will become a part of Novema Aggregater and Exhausto says the acquisition will help it take a leading role in the North European ventilation market.

Exhausto described both companies' product portfolios as a near-perfect match.

'We are particularly pleased that we are now a more complete supplier, in good position to take on even very large projects. And, at the same time, we will be extremely well-equipped to meet the predicted upturn on the Norwegian housing market', said Exhausto CSO Steen Høier.

Carbon reductions for northern arena

This arena regularly hosts large events such as concerts, conferences, theatre plays, exhibitions, live music and other conventions – so the site must have an energy efficient and carbon-reducing hot water system to achieve NetZero.
