Underfloor heating specialists Evenheat has moved its headquarters to new premises.
The firm's purchase of the two-storey building in Banbury will provide additional space for product storage and to accommodate a growing team.
'Ten years of steady growth have taken us to a point where Evenheat underfloor heating is now a standard solution for schools, hospitals and office buildings,' said founder and managing director Keith Westcott.
'Purchasing the new building gives us the modern facilities - and the space we need to keep pace with market demand.
Five new recruits join the head office and Evenheat as part of its installation service has taken on two more specialist installers.
Westcott said 'We're still involved in domestic applications, but chiefly for projects such as apartment blocks and luxury housing developments.
'Although I suppose you could also count flats for Russian billionaires and Chatsworth House as 'domestic' systems'.
