European trade shows cancelled

The HVACR exhibition Mostra Convegno Expocomfort and the Biomass Innovation Expo have been cancelled and will now be held in March 2022.

The exhibitions were originally due to take place in March, but were later postponed until September. Organisers have now decided that 'considering the ongoing national ordinances and world sanitary emergence, both trade shows will now be held from March 8 to 11 2022 at Fiera Milano.

Massimiliano Pierini, Reed Exhibitions Italy managing director said: “Our primary objective is to stage events that meet our stakeholders’ business needs and reflect the unparalleled MCE and BIE brands international reputation. Due to the ongoing national and regional ordinances, still not ensuring resumption of exhibition activities in a short time, and multiple travel restrictions around the world, unfortunately, force us to reschedule MCE and BIE.

In the meantime MCE and BIE activities will be ongoing, through webinars, communication with exhibitors and partnerships with trade associations as part of the #MCEMoveOnTogether campaign.

In addition, to keep the industry connected and moving forward after COVID-19, a range of new initiatives for 2021 will soon be introduced.
