EIC appoints commercial head

EIC has appointed quantity surveyor Robert Duggan to take commercial control of its mechanical, electrical and building fabric (MEBF) service.
EIC appoints commercial head
A former quantity surveyor for Carillion's facilities management division, Duggan's first task is to develop bespoke costing for MEBF contracts.

The Midlands-based firm says the appointment of EIC's first quantity surveyor has been an important move in support of EIC's evolution from contractor to service provider. The firm can now provide a one-stop-shop building services offering for clients from design and installation to maintenance.

'Duggan's appointment has been crucial to our development as a full building services and facilities management provider as he has brought his expertise in this field into play for us,' said Ian Lyall, joint managing director of EIC.
