E-learning options

Hull manufacturer, Ideal Boilers, is urging installers to take every opportunity available to update their knowledge and skills, including the innovative e-learning modules available through the company’s website.

The company boasts two dedicated ‘Training Centres of Excellence’, serving installers in the South East at their Reading centre and those in the North in Leeds. There are also satellite centres in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. In addition, for those installers who are unable to get to these centres, Ideal also has a mobile unit which it can take to customers’ premises, free of charge.

Training Manager, Scott Young is keen to encourage installers to take advantage of the training options on offer, “Our online training module is designed to give installers an awareness of the technologies available from Ideal and guidance on how to progress through our other free courses. These free training sessions offer installers an opportunity to gain valuable updated technical training in a workshop atmosphere, where they can talk to their peers and share knowledge.”
