Leading commercial heating manufacturer Remeha has appointmented two new area sales managers to strengthen its national sales team across the North of England and North Wales.

Anthony Curry has been made area sales manager for Remeha’s newly created region of Yorkshire and the North East of England. He brings a strong combination of technical knowledge and sales experience after more than 10 years of working in the commercial heating sector.

Mr Curry has joined Remeha from Hamworthy Heating, having previously worked at British Gas, and replaces Remeha’s veteran area sales manager David Fry, who has now retired.

The business has named Mark Briggs as its new area sales manager for the North West of England and North Wales region. A qualified heating engineer, Mr Briggs is an experienced sales manager who has held senior sales positions at Polypipe, Elta, Bailey Mechanical and Electrical and, most recently, Alumasc. He brings over twenty years of knowledge of the building services industry to his new role.

Mr Curry said: “I know Remeha’s market-leading products well and am excited to be part of such a quality, pioneering brand. I am looking forward to using my technical, product and commercial knowledge to support Remeha’s existing customers in Yorkshire and the North East and to developing our presence across the region.”

Mr Briggs added: “I’m pleased to be part of the Remeha team and look forward to delivering the most appropriate, energy-efficient Remeha heating solutions to meet my new customers’ requirements.”

Chris Meir, Remeha’s sales director, said: “The collective product knowledge, technical expertise and sales experience that Anthony and Mark bring will provide our customers across the North of England and North Wales with the high-quality sales support associated with Remeha. We’re delighted to welcome them both on board and look forward to the continued growth of the Remeha brand in their regions.

“We’d also like to thank David Fry for his dedicated work over the years and wish him well in his retirement.”
