Greenworks, the Birmingham-based company which is part of Saint-Gobain, says that the recently launched domestic RHI offers a huge opportunity for installers and is offering a range of individual or group certification packages for contractors looking for MCS and Green Deal/ECO approval.
Operations and marketing director at Greenworks, Marcus Jefford, said: 'RHI represents a massive opportunity for installers, particularly those in the heating and plumbing community who are looking to diversify their business into green technologies and increase their potential revenue streams in the renewable market.'
He said that the company is seeing an increasing number of heating and plumbing contractors joining the firm's Green Deal or Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS): '...there has never been a better time to look into the business opportunities provided by the RHI.'
'The process to become MCS, or Green Deal and ECO certified has never been easier and our range of packages means firms can gain certification for all three areas with a simple assessment process,' added Mr Jefford.
