Danfoss has appointed Graham Vail as area sales manager for the South-East.
Mr Vail will head up sales operations in the region, working as part of the national sales team to generate enquiries for Danfoss' network of approved heat pump installers, while also providing product and technical support. He will work with a variety of clients, ranging from social housing, local authorities, developers and self builders, particularly in off gas areas.
Graham began his career as an apprentice for British Gas, before becoming a qualified engineer and later a technical engineer for the company. After this, he transferred into project management, working alongside developers and housing associations.
Meanwhile, James Bailey has joined as technical advisor and trainer. After five years' experience working in the heat pump industry, his new role at Danfoss will see him providing technical support, as well as training, to the company's network of installers.
