Daikin appoints first renewables partner
The Dorset-based distributor will sell throughout the UK the Daikin renewable heating and air conditioning products range, including the Altherma air source heat pumps range, condensing units and VRV commercial air conditioning products.

IBD's experience in the distribution and installation of heating and air conditioning systems, air source heat pumps and under floor heating technology was key to the appointment, says Daikin.

Hugo Lambourn, branch director, western region, for Daikin UK, commented: 'IBD has a proven track record in the field of renewables technology and will provide both installers and end users with a highly professional service. We look forward to a long and successful working relationship.'
