Cool Projects strengthens service department

Cool Projects has appointed Chris Trotman as service manager, and is developing its service offering by adding extra skills and resources.

Mr Trotman has worked within the air conditioning services trade for 20 years, having been involved with some of the most recognisable landmarks such as The Shard, The Gherkin, The Royal Estates portfolio, and the i360 in Brighton.

Andy Warwick, Cool Projects managing director, said: “Our reputation has been built on the high standards of our installation work and our service department has been one of our best kept secrets, providing customer-focused and highly skilled assistance to a broad range of clients. By bringing Chris into our team we can raise the profile of this area of our business and promote this facility to a wider market.”

Mr Trotman added: “The servicing and maintenance aspects of HVAC clients are often overlooked, so I am delighted to join Cool Projects at a time when the team is looking to evolve their service department and I believe with my industry knowledge and hands-on experience I can be a catalyst for future growth and success.”
