Continuous growth as Stiebel Eltron hits 10 year milestone

Stiebel Eltron UK has celebrated its 10-year anniversary this month with record growth for 2017 and three new appointments to expand its sales team.

Mark McManus, managing director at Stiebel Eltron UK.

The heating products manufacturer launched in the UK in 2008, establishing its headquarters in Bromborough, Wirral, and has since seen 10 consecutive years of growth.

The company’s turnover rose 16 percent in 2017 due to increasing customer demand for its growing product range and expansion into a range of new sectors, including leisure and hospitality, and student accommodation.

To meet demand and support further growth, the business has recently completed the search for three new regional specification managers based in the South, Midlands and North,  enhancing the organisation’s coverage across the UK.

Mark McManus, Stiebel Eltron UK managing director, said: “Since we launched Stiebel Eltron in the UK 10 years ago, the company has maintained a clear focus and direction, growing across a range of markets and introducing innovative new products to the sector including the WPL Classic air source heat pump and LWZ ventilation unit.

“Our growth has created new opportunities for customers as well as for staff, and expanding the team will help facilitate our plans for future growth by increasing our regional sales coverage across the UK.

“At this significant milestone, we believe the future is electricity, as sustainable sources of energy including sun, wind and water power continue to improve its renewable credentials.

“We are continually developing new and innovative products across the renewables sector that we hope to bring to market in the coming years, and we look forward to the next 10 years of growth.”
