Climate Center unveils new website

Climate Center has launched a new transactional website that gives customers unprecedented access to stock and pricing information and the ability to order products online.

Climate Center has launched a new transactional website that gives customers unprecedented access to stock and pricing information and the ability to order products online.

The website at www.climatecenter.co.uk enables customers to view live stock information to check the availability of some 25,000 of products at branches across the UK and then order directly via the website.

Following investment in logistics, for the first time customers can place an order up to 8.00pm and have products delivered on site the next day virtually anywhere in the UK.

There are four delivery options:

Click-and-collect enables customers to order products online and pick up at their chosen branch within one hour;

Standard delivery gives next day delivery for orders placed before 4.00pm; Express offers next-day delivery (as early as 10.30am) for orders placed up to 8.00pm;

24-hour call-out enables customers to pick up orders from specific branches after normal business hours.

In addition to stock checking, it enables customers to log on to their accounts and check their prices, order history, pending orders and invoices.

As well as complete coverage of Climate Center’s range of refrigeration and air conditioning products and accessories, the new site includes the company’s latest range of catering spares, recently added to the portfolio.

Climate Center customer RS Refrigeration has been helping with the development of the new website. The contractor has trialled various versions during the roll-out and provided feedback.

The site is now live and existing and new Climate Center customers can simply register and log on to access stock availability, pricing and ordering information.
