CIBSE certifies its first non-domestic Green Deal Advice Organisation

CIBSE (Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers) has certified its first company to become a non-domestic Green Deal Advice Organisation.
Digital Energy was also one of the first companies to employ CIBSE-certified energy assessors when the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations were first introduced. The company intends to employ at least two non-domestic Green Deal Advisors in the coming weeks.

Dr Andrew Geens, head of CIBSE Certification said: 'This is an important move and we are delighted to have Digital Energy listed right at the start of this initiative.'

Green Deal Advisors who will be employed and supervised by Certified Green Deal Advice Organisations such as Digital Energy, will identify areas within buildings where improvements can be made and these will then be installed by certified Green Deal Installers.
