Carrier relocates to new London office

Carrier Commercial HVAC UK has officially moved into a dynamic new office space in Wimbledon, marking a significant investment in its team and a commitment to better serving its customers.

The new southwest London office at 22 Worple Road provides a contemporary, state-of-the-art environment for employees, clients and partners. With over 3,800 square metres of premium office space designed by acclaimed Shoreditch-based architects BuckleyGrayYeoman, the building combines Scandinavian-inspired design with cutting-edge building technologies to deliver an exceptional working environment.

Carrier’s move from Leatherhead reflects a strategic investment in flexible, future-ready workspace. The office has been designed around hybrid working, featuring hot-desking, collaborative zones and meeting spaces that support more connected, adaptable teams.

The building’s BREEAM “Very Good” rating and EPC B (27) energy efficiency score underline Carrier’s continued focus on sustainability and efficient buildings.

'We’re excited to move into this modern, well-connected space that reflects our commitment to innovation and sustainability,' said Andrew Paddock, Managing Director, Carrier Commercial HVAC, UK&I and Nordics. 'This move allows us to work more collaboratively, serve our customers more effectively and continue to lead the way with our intelligent climate and energy solutions.'

The relocation was marked with an official opening event on Thursday 24th April, where colleagues from Service, Rental and Commercial business units gathered to explore and enjoy the new space for the first time.

“Our new UK office is a strategic investment in our people and our customers,” said Bertrand Rotagnon, New Equipment and Strategy Director, Carrier Commercial HVAC, EMEA. “We’ve created a space that enables our teams to thrive, collaborate and innovate. By embracing modern ways of working, we can connect more closely with customers while building the foundation for continued innovation, service excellence and growth.”

Carrier’s move to Wimbledon also coincides with the launch of a new brand identity. The updated look was introduced earlier this year and is designed to visually express Carrier’s leadership, innovation and connected ecosystem of solutions. The updated visual language introduces a modern typeface, a vibrant electric blue and a distinctive graphic device which frames content and symbolises Carrier’s ability to shape, transform and enhance built environments with intelligent climate solutions.
