Buyer breathes new life into Howorth Air Technology

Ventilation specialist Howorth Air Technology, has been bought from administrators by its director.
A former director of Howorth Air Technology Adrian Parkin, has purchased the business from the Howorth Group's administrators.

Now privately owned, Parkin is the new managing director of the company and has announced that the firm's name will remain Howorth Air Technology.

Howorth’s former financial director, David Fisher, has rejoined the management team as financial director and all key staff, suppliers and sub-contractors have been retained.

Parkin says the firm is able to offer 'a complete and unbroken service to its customers' which lie in the healthcare industry and other industrial markets.

“The last few months have been difficult and the transition to a new business is never without its challenges', said Adrian Parkin, managing director of the new firm.

'However, we are convinced that the worst is behind us and Howorth has a great future', he added.
