BSS set sail for the 3rd 'Challenge Cup'

Suppliers and customers are making final preparations for this year's 'BSS Industrial Challenge Cup', which will see a fleet of 15 boats set sail across the Solent for a three day race starting on the 7 July, 2011.

The BSS Industrial Challenge Cup was introduced to celebrate the strong relationships between BSS Industrial and its suppliers. Guests will meet their teams at the Port Hamble Marina near Southampton, for lunch and a briefing by their skipper, followed by an afternoon of practice. With big names on board, including last year's winning team, Wilo UK, the race will then begin the following day.

Frank Elkins, managing director of BSS Industrial, said: 'We work hard to build extremely close relationships with suppliers and customers so that we can develop the most mutually beneficial partnerships for all involved. The Regatta is the ultimate event to bring us all together, celebrate our successes and cement plans for the future.'
