BSS Industrial, the distributor of heating and pipeline solutions, has opened a new branch in Inverness, in response to increasing demand from the area's flourishing heating and ventilating, food and drink and industrial markets.
The trade counter is BSS Industrial's 64th and is located alongside an existing branch of builders merchant Keyline. This is the first partnership of its kind since both brands, together with interiors specialist CCF, formed the General Merchanting Division of the Travis Perkins Group.

Launched in December, the shared space with Keyline has also created a unique branch format for BSS Industrial customers. Its large trade counter area with a higher proportion of product on shelving encourages efficient product selection, serving the requirements of busy contractors in the area. The branch will be supported by overnight deliveries from BSS Industrials National Distribution Centre at Magna Park, Leicestershire.
