Briggs & Forrester Group achieves OHSAS 18001 accreditation

Briggs & Forrester has achieved registration to the management system OHSAS 18001:2007, through its chosen audit partner B M Trada.
Awarded in December 2012, the accreditation was achieved over a 12-month period and was attained through a number of audits from B M Trada, who assessed the company's health & safety processes and procedures over three stages.

Stephen Watson, group health, safety and environmental manager at Briggs & Forrester said: 'We have worked very hard to achieve this accreditation, which comes after a lengthy process of designing & installing a new and robust health and safety management system that fully meets our needs to compete at the very top level of our industry but is also robust enough to meet the demands of a competitive industry for the future.'

Briggs & Forrester Group comprises a number of companies, including, Briggs & Forrester MEP, Briggs & Forrester Engineering Services, Briggs & Forrester Special Projects, Combined Energy Solutions, Briggs & Forrester LEC, Briggs & Forrester (Holdings) and Briggs & Forrester Energy.
