Bosch technical support expands

Following a continued period of growth, leading manufacturer Bosch Commercial and Industrial Heating has added to its expanding sales team with the appointment of two new heating and hot water specialists. Ben Richardson joins Bosch as CHP Commercial Technology Consultant. With over five years’ experience in the renewable energy industry and a vast knowledge of steam, waste heat, and tri-generation systems, Ben will be responsible for liaising with consultants and engineers to advise best practices and system design to maximise efficiencies. In his previous role, Ben successfully standardised product designs and installed sub 500kW CHP systems. After two years in this position, Ben then became responsible for the design and installation of CHP modules up to 1.5MW, where he moved into multi-technology energy saving analysis and implementation. Accompanying Ben is Richard Davies, who joins as Commercial Technology Consultant. Richard has over seven years’ experience in the implementation of renewable energy schemes and will be tasked with providing technical advice during the design and consultation stage of new system installations. Richard has previously worked on multi-billion pound projects throughout Europe, specialising in biomass, heat pumps and large scale offshore wind installations, where Richard’s responsibilities included project management, design implementation and feasibility studies. Geoff Hobbs, Business Development Director at Bosch Commercial and Industrial Heating, said: “We are delighted to add two young, yet experienced, individuals such as Ben and Richard to the company at what is a very exciting time for Bosch. The presence of the brand is continuing to grow within the commercial and industrial sectors and the technical expertise and enthusiasm both will bring to their respective roles will only help us to continue this momentum.” “We now have an even stronger team of technical experts with a wealth of experience and relevant industry qualifications to provide you with the first class customer service you would expect from a global brand such as Bosch.”Bosch Commercial and Industrial Heating are currently seeking candidates to join its growing sales team.
