Mechanical and electrical building services contractor Balfour Beatty Engineering Services (BBES) has appointed Eddie O'Donnell as business development manager for Scotland.
He joins BBES from Spie Matthew Hall, following 20 years at NG Bailey and reports to Building Services North regional director Derek Sanders.
