The IIP accolade was awarded following a rigorous reassessment, which revealed that 86 per cent of employees at Baxi Heating and its associated brands agreed their work was interesting, while 71 per cent agreed that managers motivate them to achieve their best.
When assessing the company’s ability to empower people, 82 per cent agreed they were trusted to make their own decisions.
Having previously received the IIP accreditation in July 2015, this latest achievement marks the second successful formal assessment for the business. Baxi Heating will now remain IIP-accredited until 2021.
David Pinder, chief executive of Baxi Heating, said: “Delivering the best possible service for our customers relies on having a capable and motivated staff team, which is why we apply to be IIP-assessed. The IIP standard is a respected and trusted barometer for measuring our performance as a responsible and supportive employer, in addition to showing staff morale levels. To achieve such a positive reassessment result reflects the consistent approach to employment and staff development.”
