Baxi Commercial has renamed its Interpart division as Baxi Genuine Parts.

The new name is now included in all packaging, brochures and promotional material. Later this year the new Baxi Genuine Parts website will be launched, replacing the former Interpart site. Other than the new name, the business will remain unchanged and continue to offer the same first-class service.

Interpart has a 30-year history of supplying quality, rigorously tested spares and parts from all Baxi brands such as Potterton Commercial, Baxi SenerTec and Andrews Water Heaters. The company says that the new name is designed to more clearly promote the advantages of dealing with a leading manufacturer, with the assurance of the core three focuses of high-quality standards, reliability and safety every time, all backed-up by outstanding technical and support.

The move is part of Baxi Commercial’s continued focus on driving safety and quality standards in the UK’s heating spares sector. General manager Baxi Genuine Parts,  David Willetts, said: “Following extensive research among both merchants, distributors and heating engineers, it became apparent that the name Interpart didn’t quite capture our business offer.

“As such, we have introduced the new name to add greater clarity to the Baxi proposition of providing genuine parts from the original equipment manufacturers to give customers assurance of quality, safety, reliability and, in turn, peace of mind.”
