Balfour Kilpatrick, has promoted Mark Slevin from contracts manager to area manager for its Birmingham office.
Balfour Kilpatrick, the multi services and power systems business of Balfour Beatty, has sales of £280m.
Slevin will report to regional director, Gordon Galletly.
He says he is 'looking forward to leading an already established branch through a strong and challenging future'.
