Balfour Kilpatrick does m&e work for boys in blue

Balfour Kilpatrick has been awarded a £4 million contract by Mansell to do m&e work at Greater Manchester Police's new divisional headquarters.
This is the second contract in the area awarded to Balfour Kilpatrick by Mansell. It was secured as a result of Balfour Kilpatrick's completion of a £1.6 million m&e contract for a mixed use development in Liverpool.

Balfour Kilpatrick's work at the new three-storey building in Bury, includes fit-out of custody suites, variable refrigerant volume air conditioning, central gas-fired boiler plant, lighting, building energy management system, CCTV, fire and security, which are all fed to a remote centralised location.
