M&E business Balfour Kilpatrick, part of Balfour Beatty plc, has hired two regional business development managers
John Williams has joined the firm as business development manager for the Bristol area and will report to regional director Gordon Galletly and Phillip Clark joins as business development manager for the Leeds area, reporting to regional director Phil McGuire.
