ATAG Commercial reports record performance

ATAG Commercial has reported that it achieved record boiler sales in the first quarter of 2019.

Year-on-year analysis revealed overall sales increased by an impressive 62 per cent, with the XL Series range of boilers proving to be the standout performer as figures revealed an 83 per cent upsurge in units sold compared to the same period in 2018.

ATAG Commercial also reported a 66 per cent increase in A Series boiler sales, while the Q Series experienced a 41 per cent upturn.

Paul Martin, national sales manager at ATAG Commercial, said: “It is fantastic to see our boilers continuing to increase in popularity among installers. A lot of research and development has taken place to ensure we can offer high efficiency products suitable for a wide range of applications. Plus, our portfolio is further strengthened by an advanced range of heating controls, as well as a comprehensive choice of flue arrangements.”

ATAG Commercial’s XL Series, which experienced the highest increase in sales, boasts impressive performance, reliable engineering and flexible cascade arrangements, as well as a renowned stainless steel heat exchanger and speed controlled pump. Quick and simple to install, these boilers are available in outputs of 70kW, 110kW and 140kW, with all models boasting low NOx values.

Mr Martin added: “We’d already seen sales of XL Series boilers increase by 61 per cent year-on-year from 2015 to 2016, which then improved a further seven per cent in 2017. Last year, we achieved 19 per cent growth on this range, so to now see an 83 per cent increase in XL sales is absolutely phenomenal. It’s testament to the boilers’ exceptional performance, reliability and quality that they continue to go from strength to strength.”

The other models contributing to ATAG Commercial’s success include the Q Series, which features three combination and four system models specifically designed for larger homes and properties with high hot water demands. Outputs of 25kW, 38kW, 51kW and 60kW are available, each with flexible cascade configurations and flue options.
