Tradesmen are queueing up to enter the Tradesman of the Year competition which is offering the UK's trade champion a 2,000 prize.
With time to enter before the competition's closing date, January 31, 2008, you can nominate yourself by logging on to Buildersite.co.uk and registering your details.

If you are not a tradesman but have been impressed by work carried out by a tradesman, you can nominate them and can claim £250 if they win.

Lisa Corston from competition sponsor Budget Van Insurance, said: 'We want everyone to have the chance of winning so we are urging the public to vote for those who may be too modest to enter themselves.'
