Air-conditioning supplier Walter Meier is undergoing an organisational reshuffle to bring it in line with a new structure planned for the whole group.
Daniel Maissen resigned from his post as chief financial officer effective from April 1 as a result.

Until a new CFO is appointed, Silvan G.-R. Meier will take over Daniel Maissen's duties on an interim basis and will be supported by internal financial specialists.

CEO Silvan G.-R. Meier said 'We would like to thank Daniel Maissen for his many years of loyal service. We wish him all the best and much success for the future.'

Walter Meier Climate UK was known as Axair Climate before January 1, 2008.

Mark Colston has joined Walter Meier Climate UK, as Project Engineer with special responsibility for building management systems and controls.
