Airedale makes Middle East appointment

Following the opening of its Dubai office in February, Airedale International has appointed Nissar Rahman as sales and applications engineer for the Middle East, supporting area manager, Andrew Walker.

As the first non-UK resident national to be recruited by the business, Nissar’s appointment marks another milestone in Airedale’s 40 year long history.

With a background in mechanical engineering, Nissar is from Kerala, India, and has lived in Dubai for the last four years. He joins Airedale from an applications engineer position with Dunham Bush, a leading manufacturer of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

He will provide technical and commercial support to Airedale’s business partners in Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. As part of the programme for developing business in the region, Airedale will also roll out an extensive training programme to local decision-makers and engineers.
