Aermec unveils new website

Aermec UK's new website is now live, offering a more user-friendly experience with improved navigational tools and functionality to enable customers to readily access its product portfolio.

Aermec UK has revamped its online presence with a new website.

Paul Lawrence, managing director of Aermec UK said: “Aermec’s new and improved platform will enable customers to learn more about us and our philosophy whilst providing up-to-date information about products, projects, achievements and activity.”

Incorporating a live chat facility, the website will be a key communications hub for Aermec’s clients, end users, and employees.

Mr Lawrence added: “The online chat facility provide instantaneous communications with our customers and potential customers, enhances customer service and enables Aermec to extend its market reach.”

The new-look site is contemporary, very visual and includes technical data as well as videos that provide an overview of Aermec’s capabilities across a wide range of sectors, including retail, leisure, commercial, process applications and data centres.

It also features a comprehensive guide to Aermec’s services, which include commissioning, maintenance, retrofits, refrigerant replacement and emergency repair and service.

Features comprise drop-down menus, compatibility with all browsers and mobile devices, and product filters, enabling users to easily narrow down their product search. In addition, a dialogue box allows visitors to obtain further information, making the contact process faster and more streamlined.

Mr Lawrence concluded: “The website will help Aermec extend its reach and build relationships whilst enhancing the overall customer experience. We have ambitious plans to continue growing the business and our website is an important tool in the marketing mix.”
