Adveco expands sales team to support UK adoption of low-carbon water heating

Hot water specialists Adveco has expanded its sales team with the appointment of Ashleigh Rushton and Will Wright as account sales managers.

Ashleigh Rushton and Will Wright are new to the Adveco sales team

With net zero and sustainability now high on the agenda of organisations across the UK’s public and commercial sectors, Adveco is working hard to ensure customers are supported by dedicated specification sales and account sales teams, all backed by in-house application engineers.

Prior to joining Adveco’s internal sales team in 2021, Ashleigh Rushton held sales roles at New City Heating and Primaflow F&P. With a broad knowledge of plumbing and in-depth experience leading sales of Adveco’s latest water heating products her promotion to account sales manager for East Anglia and Northern Home Counties was an obvious choice for the company.

Will Wright joins the company following formative employment across the construction supply sector, previously working for Hilti Great Britain and MCP Fixings. His sales experience will be vital as he steps up to manage the Northwest and North Wales regions. The Northwest, with numerous ground-breaking construction projects requiring the latest generation of low-carbon water heating, is far better supported moving forward.

“Expanding the sales team is a key requirement for strengthening the business for long-term growth,” says Greg Brushett, Director of Sales, Adveco. “Especially now with the company championing new technologies and extending commercial markets nationwide.”

“It’s been important to strike a balance between our seasoned sales engineers and new appointments. The former offer unprecedented experience in the commercial water heating market and are perfectly provisioned to nurture this new talent,” observes Greg. “The promotion of Ashleigh from internal sales to the position of sales account manager is a perfect case in point. We are also extremely pleased to welcome Will as our other new sales account manager. Both come with fresh thinking and opportunities which are driven by a rapidly evolving sales environment that places a focus on attaining net zero in a realistic and cost-effective manner.”

Adveco’s sales team is ready to offer the most comprehensive range of products and services for customers seeking products for commercial water heating applications. More importantly, customers have the assurance that they will continue to have access to the specialist technical sales knowledge that sets Adveco apart from other suppliers.

Carbon reductions for northern arena

Rinnai hot water systems are projected to produce ‘significant’ carbon reductions at a huge indoor arena in the North of England. The company has produced a designed system based on its R290 high-temperature heat pump. This arena regularly hosts large events such as concerts, conferences, theatre plays, exhibitions, live music and other conventions – so the site must have an energy efficient and carbon-reducing hot water system to achieve NetZero.
