ADEY is expanding its UK sales operation as part of ambitious growth plans over the next three years.
The re-structuring involves four key promotions rewarding success within the existing sales team along with further recruitment to support the company’s continuing expansion in domestic and commercial filters and premium chemicals to maintain and protect central heating systems.
As part of the expansion, Richard Wright is promoted to regional director – north. In addition to his key national account duties, he will manage the northern sales team with responsibility across ADEY’s growing product portfolio.
Claire Baron’s achievement throughout London and the South East has been recognised with a promotion to regional director – south. Following seven successful years with the business, she has progressed from the early days of introducing magnetic filtration to the market across domestic and commercial sectors.
Having brought a dynamic energy to ADEY’s business three-and-a-half years ago, Darran Burrage is promoted to the new role of business development manager with a UK-wide remit covering special projects across the product ranges.
In a further promotion recognising the importance of changes in customer segmentation across the industry, Steve Warrington becomes business development manager – independent merchants, giving him a dedicated role to raise ADEY’s product brands across the independent sector nationally.
