ADEY awarded ISO double

ADEY Professional Heating Solutions, an independent manufacturer, has achieved ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations recognising its quality and environmental systems.
ADEY secured the accreditations, which are designed to recognise quality and environmental management in the workplace, after demonstrating a range of procedures and policies which are designed to ensure consistently high standards in the delivery of its products and services.

The ISO 14001 accreditation is awarded to organisations that implement and maintain an environmental management system, helping them to measure consumption, reduce environmental impact and deliver tangible cost savings. The accreditation works in partnership with the ISO 9001 certificate, which is designed to ensure better communications and motivated staff, improved customer satisfaction and increased profitability.

Rebekhah Howard, operations director at ADEY, said: 'Ensuring excellent standards in our environmental policies, as well as maintaining high standards in the internal processes of the business, is of paramount importance. As such, we wholeheartedly embrace the ethos of these accreditations.'

Ms Howard added: 'ADEY already had robust procedures in place, but as a result of the assessments we have improved them further and highlighted the key areas to all employees. Through honing our internal processes and maintaining compliance at all levels, we can deliver an even better service to our customers while ensuring our business also remains both environmentally sound and cost effective.'
