The Association for Ductwork Contractors and Allied Services (ADCAS) is launching a new website at www.adcas.co.uk and has updated its logo.
ADCAS unveils new website and logo
Association president Malcolm Moss said: 'The new website enables us to keep our members better informed of important issues in our industry. We also hope that other professionals in the construction sector will use our site to access ADCAS guides and keep up with the latest legislation affecting ductwork.'

The new website offers a number of free guides and publications including a note on fire rated ductwork, the ADCAS flexible ductwork report and a fire damper selection chart.

In addition, there is an industry newsfeed for up-to-the minute stories on ductwork, sustainable buildings and legislation such as Part L.

Meanwhile, the new logo reflects an update for the organisation, which aims to raise the profile of the ductwork industry and its products.

Mr Moss added: 'Ductwork is often the poor relation of the construction industry, yet its correct specification and installation can have dramatic effects on building energy efficiency, not to mention occupant comfort and health.'
