The new HEVAR roundtables are special opportunities to find out all you need to know from the industry expert of your choice at London HEVAR, the essential event for the UK's Heating, Ventilating, Air conditioning and Refrigeration industry.

Each roundtable is a maximum of 10 participants and will last approximately 30 minutes including 15 minutes dedicated to your questions.

Roundtables take place between 12.30pm and 1pm and then 2pm - 2.30pm and 3pm - 3.30pm on both 22 and 23 September at HEVAR. Experts hosting each roundtable include:

  • Chris Ingram, chairman of the Underfloor Heating Manufacturers' Association (UHMA): areas of expertise include all aspects of low temperature radiant heating and cooling;

  • Mike Malina, M&E Sustainability, director at Energy Solutions Associates: sustainable contracting, energy certificates, commissioning, low carbon renewable technologies, building energy management systems (BEMS) etc.

  • Jacqueline Balian, director of Information at CIBSE and Darren Jones of Low Carbon UK: specialising in air conditioning inspection.

    Carbon reductions for northern arena

    Rinnai hot water systems are projected to produce ‘significant’ carbon reductions at a huge indoor arena in the North of England. The company has produced a designed system based on its R290 high-temperature heat pump. This arena regularly hosts large events such as concerts, conferences, theatre plays, exhibitions, live music and other conventions – so the site must have an energy efficient and carbon-reducing hot water system to achieve NetZero.
