Viessmann earns coveted accreditation

Viessmann has been officially accredited as a Great Place to Work-Certified organisation.

Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, providing a rigorous, data-driven For All methodology to accredit companies using validated employee feedback. The accreditation confirms that 85% of employees have a consistently positive experience at Viessmann.

“We are thrilled to be Great Place to Work-Certified!” says Vicki Savage, HR Business Partner at Viessmann. “It means a lot that our employees have reported a consistently positive experience with their colleagues, their leaders and their jobs. This is important to us because we know that when our people have a high-trust experience every day, they are more productive, drive better business results and make a difference to our customers.”

“What really shines through is that our company culture is our top priority and our people see Viessmann as a Great Place to Work. Our results revealed that 88% of our employees feel proud to be employed by the company, 84% feel they make a difference and 83% want to work at Viessmann for a long time.”

Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place to Work UK congratulated Viessmann on achieving its Certification. Benedict said: “Organisations which put the employee experience at the heart of their business gain their employees’ trust and, in turn, are truly able to build a great workplace culture that delivers outstanding business results.”
