Vaillant invests in renewables team to drive sector growth

Vaillant has created a dedicated renewables sales team with specific expertise and a remit to work with installers, contractors and specifiers to accelerate and ease the adoption of renewable heating technologies.

Vaillant has created a dedicated renewables sales team with specific expertise and a remit to work with installers, contractors and specifiers to accelerate and ease the adoption of renewable heating technologies.

The move is in response to rising demand for and an expanding portfolio of renewable technologies and adds to Vaillant’s already substantial investment in the sector, including the manufacture of its own range of heat pumps, a national portfolio of ‘Centre of Excellence’ training centres and the Renewables Technologies Division, a 20-strong technical after sales team launched last year.

Led by Vaillant’s commercial & renewable systems director, John Bailey, the team of seven has been assembled from product and sector experts recruited from within Vaillant and other leading businesses in the sector. The team is field based, with responsibilities for both geographic areas and technology types. It will also be responsible for bringing new products to market.
