From October 1 until December 21, ‘Cashback Plus’ will reward customers with a cash credit to their trade account for each Cashback promotional product ordered – with new regular bonus promotions available to boost totals.
Primaflow F&P’s head of marketing Tim Ramsey explains that the initiative has been expanded and enhanced, to offer even greater value to customers: “Over the past two years, we’ve paid out over £1 million in cashback – and this year’s scheme offers more cashback across a wider product range. Plus, for the first time, we’re offering time-limited bonus promotions, designed to boost participants’ cashback balances. And we’re making it easier to keep track of progress, by providing customers with daily balances and product updates through our Rewards Web Portal.”
All Primaflow F&P customers will be entered into the scheme, with cashback added to accounts as standard; any customers wishing to track their progress can visit www.fandprewards.co.uk to register for access to the web portal.
The promotion includes a wide range of plumbing, heating, bathroom and fires items, including boilers, pumps, thermostats, radiators and shower units – from leading suppliers such as Ideal, Main, Grundfos, Ariston, Henrad, Adey, Fernox, Sentinel, Saniflo, Aurora, Triton and Aqualisa.
Mr Ramsey explains that qualifying products have been selected according to seasonality and patterns in customer buying behaviour: “We have put together a strong cross section of products that we feel will give our customers the best chance of accumulating high levels of cashback. Naturally, this is the time that plumbers merchants will be stocking up on winter items such as boilers but, having monitored market trends, we’ve also increased our provision of ‘smart’ thermostats and related items. The new Cashback Plus brochure includes products from a wide range of smart tech suppliers, including Nest, Hive, Honeywell, Drayton, Danfoss and Salus.”
Cashback Plus is available to all Primaflow F&P customers. Bonus promotions are available only while stocks last. Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, with next-day delivery available on any orders made before 5pm on weekdays.
