s2s' expertise in security, unified communications, access control and identity management will boost Bailey Teswaine's managed services. The addition of s2s's data centre and network operations centre to Teswaine's services portfolio will enable it to provide end-to-end managed services.
The acquisition will also benefit NG Bailey in its 'For Life in Buildings' initiative aimed at offering sustainable, 'intelligent' building services and technologies, including automated climate control and energy monitoring.

The purchase will give s2s UK coverage, widening its 250 strong client portfolio, through the national resource of Bailey Teswaine. s2s will continue to run from its West Sussex base. www.
