NG Bailey acquires s2s

Bailey Teswaine, NG Bailey's ICT systems infrastructure subsidiary, has bought Crawley-based firm s2s
s2s' expertise in security, unified communications, access control and identity management will boost Bailey Teswaine's managed services. The addition of s2s's data centre and network operations centre to Teswaine's services portfolio will enable it to provide end-to-end managed services.

The acquisition will also benefit NG Bailey in its 'For Life in Buildings' initiative aimed at offering sustainable, 'intelligent' building services and technologies, including automated climate control and energy monitoring.

Tony Henderson, managing director, Bailey Teswaine said 'This is an exciting time for us as a company and as a group - particularly since we are now able to offer customers everything they need for their premises, from building services and maintenance through to intelligent network infrastructures supporting intelligent building applications for energy and environmental management.'

s2s was named one of the UK's fastest growing technology companies in The Sunday Times Tech Track 100 in 2007.

The purchase will give s2s UK coverage, widening its 250 strong client portfolio, through the national resource of Bailey Teswaine. s2s will continue to run from its West Sussex base. www.s2s.ltd.uk
