Mr Coulson is working from the Smith Brothers Newcastle branch in an internal sales function, having previously spent seven years working at BSS Industrial in the same role.
Mr Coulson has ambitious plans at Smith Brothers, stating that he plans “to progress within the company and become a manager in the future.”
