SPC’s new managing director, Steve Gage, was SPC’s sales director for the last three years. Jeremy Davies has moved into this role, having spent the last three years as SPC’s southern regional manager.
Meanwhile, Jeremy Allen has become chairman of SPC, having previously been an equity analyst in London where he worked on business advisory and consultancy projects, while sitting on several other boards.
The new leaders of the privately-owned company are providing renewed financial investment and a wealth of experience in running successful and profitable businesses. The buy-out marks a new chapter for SPC, with investment across the business to ensure customers are provided with optimum products and services.
Mr Gage said: “Our customers operate in an environment where they must react quickly to their clients' expectations. In order for SPC to grow profitably, we will listen, learn and execute against these expectations.
“Over the next two years we will be launching many new products, processes and efficiency initiatives that will deliver the change we know our clients demand and that will set us apart from the competition.
