SANYO Air Conditioners today confirmed the appointment of Robert Morgan as its new UK general manager.
For Sanyo, this year brought sales growth of 60% and the company believes Robert Morgan's 13 years experience at Daikin will pave the way for more rapid expansion at Sanyo.

Robert Morgan was hired to replace former UK GM Barry Hennessy who retired.

Katushiro Morisaki, the president of Sanyo Air Conditioners Europe, said 'Robert has an extensive knowledge of the air conditioning world and his reputation goes before him. As UK general manager, we are certain that Robert can boost an already significant sales drive for the company over the coming years.'
