Kitsons and GRM become SIG Technical Insulation

Kitsons Thermal Supplies (owned by SIG plc) and GRM Distribution, two leading thermal insulation, industrial H&V and high temperature materials suppliers, have been officially re-launched as SIG Technical Insulation.
Kitsons and GRM become SIG Technical Insulation
Earlier this year, SIG announced a major streamlining of trading brands. The rebranding of Kitsons and GRM as SIG Technical Insulation is now complete, with marketing materials, vehicle livery and depot signage carrying the new branding.

Managing director of SIG Distribution, Paul Gordon, said: 'The rebranding is designed to provide greater clarity for customers. Providing consistency across all our trade counters will make sourcing products and seeking technical advice as quick and cost-effective as possible.

SIG Fixings and SIG Construction Accessories, two businesses that Kitsons and GRM customers have previously used to source associated fixing and accessories products, are unaffected by the rebrand. Both will continue to trade under their existing names.

Meanwhile, SIG Insulation will be the new name for Sheffield Insulations, Warren Insulation, Orion Trent, Woods Insulation, Franklin, Solent Insulation Supplies, CHD and CH Insulation, while CPD Distribution and Ceiling System Supplies have been rebranded as SIG Interiors.

Mr Gordon added: 'With these clearly defined business units, we will be able to better communicate the five core areas of specialism within SIG Distribution, to the benefit of both our staff and our customers.'
