The KeTech Group has announced the sale of its building management systems division, KeTech 2As to Electra-net (UK).
KeTech 2As, part of the KeTech Group since 2007, specialises in building management systems and controls for mechanical heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

The sale of the 2As division will allow the KeTech Group to focus on its core business; communication, information and detection technology for the transport and security markets.

Steve Berg, KeTech’s CEO said: “As part of the KeTech Group, 2As has grown considerably over the years, expanding their operation into the South East, Midlands and North of the country. Becoming part of Electra-net (UK), who operate in similar market sectors to 2As, will provide the business with new opportunities and an ideal platform for continued growth.”

Based in New Milton, Hampshire, Electra-net, tge maintenance and installation firm was founded in 1996 by current owner and managing director, Andy Richards.
