Jacqui Smith MP visits Mikrofill

Jacqui Smith MP recently visited Mikrofill (current Midlands Business of the Year winner) to discuss concerns over apparent loopholes in legislation which could offer unfair advantage to older, less efficient products which had been approved to dated standards.

During the visit, Jacqui Smith was shown the production facilities and plans for the new reception and training school.

David Cox, general manager, said he felt that the meeting had been very constructive and that Jacqui Smith fully understood the concerns expressed and that further meetings were planned.
