It's official! Bosses confirm BDR Thermea is new name

As reported exclusively on this website last month, BDR Thermea is the name of the company created from De Dietrich Remeha Group's acquisition of the Baxi group, but confirmation of the name was officially announced today.
BDR Thermea's headquarters will be in Apeldoorn in the Netherlands, with management of the combined companies consisting of executives and board members from both organizations.

Rob van Banning, formerly CEO of De Dietrich Remeha Group has been appointed the CEO of BDR Thermea. Martyn Coffey, CEO of Baxi Group is now member of the BDR Thermea Board. Jan Janssen and Andrew Newington are respectively chairman and member of the supervisory board of BDR Thermea.
