Ideal Heating secures Which? accreditation

Ideal Heating, specialists in domestic, commercial and environmental heating systems, has secured a top endorsement from independent consumer body champion, Which?.

Chris Jessop, customer services director at Ideal Heating

Now an accredited Which? Trusted Traders Approved Service, Ideal was recognised for its dedication to upholding the highest standards for both homeowners and installers.

In particular, the endorsement highlighted Ideal’s out-of-warranty servicing and repairs procedures and continued commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Which? Trusted Traders is an endorsement scheme run by Which? that recognises reputable traders and service providers who successfully pass an assessment process carried out by trading standards professionals.

The scheme was designed to provide a sign of reputation and trust, helping consumers to choose the right provider for them and giving good companies the recognition they deserve.

Chris Jessop, customer services director at Ideal Heating, said: “We are proud to be working with Which? to drive customer excellence. The Trusted Traders status provides customers with confidence and assurance that they will receive a consistently high level of customer experience, with repairs and servicing being undertaken from the moment of calling in, to the expert engineer visit.”

Raj Kakar-Clayton, head of Which? Trusted Traders, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Ideal Heating to our Which? Trusted Traders Approved Service Scheme. Only organisations that meet our rigorous high standards of quality of work and customer service receive this accreditation, so Ideal Heating can rightfully be very proud.
